How much does labor cost?
Keep in mind that these are estimates, as the price will fluctuate depending on any additional services added.
Fire Feature Only: $740 (approx.)
Water Feature Only: $360 (approx.)
How much space will these take up?
You should expect to set aside 5' x 5' for the Fire Feature, with additional space considered for seating.
Expect a 4' x 4' area for the water feature.
Who decides if you get the water or fire feature?
The first name selected will choose an element, and the second name will be offered the remaining item. If they do not want that feature, then we will randomly choose names until someone claims the remaining prize.
How long will it take to install?
The winner will be selected on January 1st; once selected, a representative from the Landscaping Unlimited team will reach out to discuss installation as well as any additional upgrades requested; from there, a timeline will be built.
What if I want wood burning instead of a gas burning fire-feature?
Not a problem, we can swap inserts and provide you with a beautiful wood-burning outdoor firepit.
What kind of maintenance is required?
For the water feature, you can expect to check water levels weekly, mainly due to evaporation.
The fire feature is maintenance-free and only requires keeping your space clean.
Can additional items be added to the installation?
Absolutely! We are licensed to do anything outdoors, so if you want a patio, walkway, seating wall, or a full English garden built around your feature, we can do it.
Can we install it ourselves?
While we respect the DIYers and do not doubt your ability to install these products, a part of the giveaway is that we install the feature ourselves; so no, Landscaping Unlimited must do the installation.
What if we want a different water or fire feature for our space?
These are the items we are giving away, but there is no limit to what we can build for you. If you're interested in adding a water, fire, or any other kind of element to your property, CONTACT US, and we can have that conversation and get you on the schedule.
Who is responsible for the gas for the fire feature?
We will supply the fire feature and the gas connection fittings at the feature.
You will need a propane source and a supply line to connect to the feature from your source; this can be purchased through us or any 3rd party.
